Memories: UL lwt 4- smashing Visitors record but losing to IC in final; Gold for GB lwt 4- at Lucerne.

Role of Regional Development Coach
Coach Education : Organising seminars, training days, camps, Bronze and Silver awards and a coaching audit of the region to assess needs.
Performance & Excellence : Running Talent ID scheme to ensure the best get the best - this includes sports science support.
Participation: Working with clubs to attract new members and to found new clubs. Creation of school links and assistance with the school ergo scheme. Liaison to help find funding and facilitating co-ordination and co-operation between clubs.
National Role : Delivering ARA coaching awards. Review of coaching award scheme.
