Racing starts at 8am Saturday, 9am on Sunday The Course will close for use at 2030hrs on Friday & Saturday, & re-open from 0600 to 0730 Sat, to 0830 on Sun.
CREWS BOATING FRIDAY OR SAT PRE-RACING MUST SIGN IN AT THE WATERMANS HUT WITHOUT EXCEPTION. NO CREWS MAY BOAT ONCE DUSK HAS FALLEN AND THE COURSE IS CLOSED.

WARMING UP; crews may use Lane 5 ONLY between 750m and 1500m ONLY, and may ONLY exit/enter the course at the 750, 1000, 1250 and 1500m markers.
COOLING DOWN may be done UP to 500m in lane 7 and back in Lane 5 ONLY
Failure to follow training circulation, or race circulation, or any interference to any race whilst warming up / cooling down, will result in the immediate disqualification of that crew and the possible suspension of their entire Club.
Due to a phenomenal entry level the NOVICE MENS and WOMENS FOURS EVENTS have been divided into two divisions, and TWO SETS of medals will be awarded accordingly. This ensures no-one has to race more than four times to win a medal, and we hope you will support this variance to our usual rules.

THE SOUTH BANK ROADWAY IS CLOSED TO ALL VEHICLES EXCEPT BUSA VEHICLES. ATHLETE "LIFTS TO START" MUST BE ARRANGED AT CAPTAINS MEETINGS.
BOAT CHECKS WILL BE CONDUCTED THROUGHOUT THE REGATTA; PLEASE SEE THE SEPARATE PAGE, AND DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT.
